Increase awareness and participation in the Kentucky Double Dollars program by promoting the program. Here are some suggestions:
1. Educate Your Vendors and Staff
- Train all staff and volunteers to explain how the program works.
- Make sure everyone can answer:
“How do I use my EBT card (or FMNP vouchers) here?”
“What can I get with Double Dollars?”
2. Use Signage
- Please reach out to KDD staff if you have not received signage for the program!
3. Promote on Social Media

5. Use Flyers, Posters & Handouts
- Distribute bilingual flyers (English/Spanish) in high-traffic areas like:
- Local grocery stores
- Housing offices
- Community centers
- Include:
- What the program is
- How to use it
- Your market’s hours and location
